Nekolikem številu anketirancev delo predstavlja zadovoljstvo in veselje.

Title:MOTIVATION AND MOTIVATION FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE DISTRICT COURT IN THE COUNTY IN KRANJ
Abstract:My thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical work. In the theoretical part I introduced the concept of motivation, explained the concept of motivation and motivational factors, motivational theory, the concept of education, methods and forms of education and motivation for education. They also presented the court system and the organization through which I was able to carry out research work. I was part of the research carried out through an anonymous survey, which was distributed among employees at the Local and District Court in Kranj. In the research paper, I focused on researching the impact of motivation on employees, whether they are employed at all motivated employees mean what additional training, their current satisfaction, how much time they are willing to invest even more in education, and who and what are the motivators. In this thesis I found that a court employee respondents more than half of women (85%) of men and only 15% of their age is between 30 and-five 50 years ago. More than half of respondents have done a 4-year high school, some of them even higher, college and university education. All respondents are of the opinion that they are doing so to spend, and be carefree life. Few number of respondents work a pleasure and joy. The respondents were very satisfied with their relationships with co-workers and autonomy at work, which showed a high percentage of responses. Slightly less satisfied with the offered promotions, rewards and benefits of the organization. More than half of the respondents it is ready to receive additional training and is very motivated, if the organization was willing to pay all or at least half the cost of education. The majority of respondents of the respondents want to improve the living conditions and the quality of their current work. Given the additional education to some of the respondents changed their existing profession. The results showed that the majority of respondents happy to attend one-day seminars in the field of work. We would like also to other forms of education, which are willing to invest up to eight hours a week of their free time. Despite the good motivation of employees, there are also barriers to further education and these are family obligations and the high cost of education. Overall results of survey questions tell us that the majority of respondents strongly motivated and wants to further educate and upgrade their knowledge. The problem arises when the cost of education, which can be solved only organization, and thus retain their employees.
