Title:THE CONCEPT OF AIRCRAFT COCKPIT SYSTEMS USING ADVANCED INTEGRATED HUMAN-MACHINE INTERFACES
Abstract:Airplanes are complex technical systems in private sector. The central part of airplanes is cockpit. It is used for management during flight operations that aren’t atomized. In this case, pilot has to do all the complex and responsible work during phases of flight. Majority of airplanes are equipped with analog instruments, for showing different parameters. The pattern of parameters interpretation depends on individual pilot. The number of human errors is high. That’s why it’s meaningful to intervene in human machine interfaces, to ensure better information flow, so they can reduce pilot errors. To achieve this, we must analyze existing cockpit systems to determine disadvantages theretofore. The survey of pilot will get the input for design of interfaces. Based on these researches, we can present new interfaces concepts, to improve safety. With implementation of touch screen and voice command concepts, we could improve management of information flow between "machine" and pilots.
