Z rezultati testnega sistema združljivosti in primerjavo posnetkov procesa smo podprli predpostavko o znižanju stopnje tveganja, do katere je prišlo z razvojem nove aplikacije.

Title:IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF BANKING SERVICES WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SOLUTION
Abstract:In early 2011 the company Gora d.o.o., Ljubljana started, at the request of the client, the implementation of a renovation project of existing fourteen-year-old information technology Omega through the development of new information technology solution jOmega. Literature overview of Diploma Thesis consists of quality, continuous improvement processes and service quality within which it narrows it down to the quality of banking service. Theoretical guidelines are linked to the concept of information technology and its impact on the quality of banking services. In this Thesis we studied the impact of the new information technology solution development on the quality of banking services. With twelve interface transactions we quantitatively measured the speed of communication between the banking application and the environment in which the application is embedded. The results showed a promising processing speed up, with the exception of three transactions that did not satisfy the concerted standard. Those will require some additional optimization. On average interface transactions speeded up almost twice, since the average difference between the rate stood at 43.49%. To verify the change in the level of risk, we performed a comparison of the data from the old and the new information support. Comparison of both systems architecture has allowed us to isolate the pros and cons of implementing new solutions. The results of the system compatibility test and comparison of business process models supported the assumption of a reduction in the level of risk that occurs with the development of new applications.
