Obravnavali smo razvoj plesa skozi posamezna zgodovinska obdobja ob vplivih sprememb posameznega časa, prostora ter vpliv razslojevanja družbe na razvoj različnih vrst plesov. Preko primerjav med različnimi avtorji, iskanju podobnosti in razlik smo podali čim bolj izčrpne informacije o pomenu vpliva družbenega razvoja na razvoj plesa. V zaključku teoretičnega dela smo prikazali delovanje interesne dejavnosti starinskih plesov pod mentorstvom gospe Maje Marin.

Title:PRESERVATION OF ANCIENT DANCES IN PRIMARY SCHOOL THROUGH EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITES
Abstract:In diploma paper we discussed how and in what way are nowaday antique dances preserved through extracurricular activities in primary school Koroški jeklarji in Ravne na Koroškem. In the theoretical part the development of dance through time is discussed, from the development of ancient cultures to the 19th century. We dealt with development of dance through a particular historical period under the effects of changes in each period, according to space and the impact of stratification of society on the development of different types of dances. Through comparisons of various authors, through search of the similarities and differences we introduced the information about the importance of the impact of social development on the development of dance. In the closure of the theoretical part we presented the extracurricular activity of antique dances under the supervision of Mrs Maja Marin. In the empirical part we determined with a survey of the interviewed teachers and participants of extracurricular activity (current and former) in what way the antique dances are preserved in primary school, how they are integrated according to clothes, music, historical significance, creativity, aesthetics, etc. in compulsory school subjects and other extracurricular activities. In conclusion of the empirical part it is shown that there is children's interest for antique dances and that they are preserved regardless of the variety of different genres of modern dances.
