Abstract:Motivacija nastane takrat, kadar se v človeku vzbudijo določene potrebe, s katerimi želimo doseči zastavljen cilj.

Abstract:Motivation occurs when humans recognize specific needs, with whom we want to achieve our goal. Motivation comes from ourselves, but it is often initate by people or factors that surround us. Sometimes it happens to be motivated because of surrounding circumstances. Motivation is much more successful, if it comes from us and when our goal include achievement of our internal needs. Many times it is very difficult for the employees to awaken motivational orientation for acceptance of some work job. That is why is so important for people who needs to go through this process, to first learn and educate what motivation is. The goal of this project is to find different definitions and the views of experts to motivate employees. We want that these definition and guidance for motivating employees read as many entrepreneurs and people that their subordinates directed to the achievement of certain goals. Project consists two parts. The first presents a theoretical part in which you can find helpful instructions, definitions and ways to motivate. In the second practical part, we analyzed the motivation of employees in the case of the company. Intentionally, we analyzed the company in which they prefer the motivation of employees over work. We were very satisfied with results from analysis, because it showed that the employees are highly motivated for their work, which is very encouraging information mainly for the company.
