Title:CHOSEN MODELS OF INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT WITH PRACTICAL IMPLICATION
Abstract:A company is established with the intention of efficiently and successfully reaching the owners’ interests and goals. With these intentions they invest the financial and material means, the knowledge and the reputation in order for the organisation to thrive for many years. The reality of business, no matter how big a business is, is too complex to be captured from beginning to end. This is the reason that researchers and advisors from management field form plans, where only those factors are taken into account that are important for the understanding of the organisation and its environment. The Tavčar’s frame model of company’s policies, Kralj’s model of interest management and St. Gallen model management were carefully studied for this thesis. We can hardly come across a pure model of management in practice, but rather an amalgamation of their characteristics. Based on the gathered data about the company, certain connections between the company policy in integral models and the policy of the company Var d.o.o. were summed up. The studied company formed a responsible policy, which focuses on meeting the expectations of all the participants, internal and external. It is a perfect example of well-led business and presents their clear vision and the current policy of the company.
Keywords:company policies, vision, mission, goals, company's decision-makers, company's culture, integral management model, company Var d.o.o.
