Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava problematiko kadrovanja v javni upravi in na splošno. Zaposleni veljajo za največji kapital v podjetjih, ustanovah. Načrtovanje kadrov je dolgoročno načrtovanje kariere in življenja ljudi ter je proces, skozi katerega so cilji organizacije preneseni v objektivne človeške vire. Kadri so ljudje, ki ustvarjajo, sodelujejo, načrtujejo, odločajo in izvajajo naloge za dosego osebnih in delovnih ciljev.

STAFFING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PTUJ
Abstract:
Diploma work deals with the issue of staffing in the public service in general. Employees are the largest capital in enterprises, institutions. Human resource planning is a long-term career planning and life of humans, and the process through which the objectives of the organization transferred to the objective of human resources. Human resources are the people who create, cooperate, plan, decide and implement in order to achieve personal and work goals.
