Abstract:
Z odločitvijo po ustanovitvi mednarodne civilne misije se istočasno predvidevajo delovna mesta in naloge pomembne za dosego mandata misije. Delovna mesta in mandat misije narekujejo kateri strokovnjaki bodo potrebni v misiji, področje znanj in veščin ter končno tudi finančno vrednost. Strokovnjaki iz različnih držav imajo možnost kandidirati na delovna mesta in tako lahko postanejo dragoceni kapital organizacije. Pripadniki misije poleg svoje matične države v prvi vrsti vedno predstavljajo organizacijo (mednarodno civilno misijo), v kateri službujejo. Delo v mednarodni civilni misiji predstavlja izziv in za marsikaterega strokovnjaka nov korak v njegovem življenju. Zato je pomembno, da se zavedamo potrebe po pripravah in usposabljanjih za samo službovanje v takšni organizaciji.

RECRUITMENT TO INTERNATIONAL CIVILIAN MISSIONS
Abstract:
Decision of establishing of an international civilian mission includes job positions and responsibilities which are crucial for fullfilling a mandate of the mission. Job positions and a mission mandate furthermore dictate which experts will be needed, field of their expertise and skills and finally a financial value. Experts from different counties have an opportunity to apply for job positions and they can become a valuable asset of the organisation. Mission members next to their respective countries always represent in first plan organisation (international civilian mission) which they work for. Work in international civilian mission is a challenge and for a lot of experts represent a new step in their life's. It is important to know a need for preparation and training for work in that kind of organisations.
