V diplomskem seminarju smo želeli predstaviti pomen in postopek pridobivanja kadrov, predvsem pa predstaviti metode ter tehnike izbire novih sodelavcev. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na nove metode, ki so bolj učinkovite in racionalnejše od starih.

Abstract:
In the thesis, we wanted to present the meaning and procedure of the recruitmentt of personnel. Most of all we wanted to present the methods and techniques for the selection of new co-workers, with emphasis on new methods that are more efficient, more rational that the old ones.
