Title:JOB CLASSIFICATION IN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF LJUBLJANA URBAN REGION
Abstract:Regional Development Agency of Ljubljana Urban Region (RRA LUR) was established in 2001. Since the Agency had first adopted its job systematisation in 2007, both RRA LUR’s work tasks and the number of employees changed drastically. Whereas seven people worked at the Agency in 2007, this number reached twenty employees in 2014. Furthermore, the share of project work (the only area recording an increase in the number of employees) grew, while there was no change in terms of administrative, financial, and legal services. Consequently the initial job systematisation was no longer adequate.
Keywords:job systematisation, workplace, organisation, employment, regulation governing job systematisation.
