V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo proučevali, kako poteka proces zaposlovanja, kako poteka uvajanje novo zaposlenega v delo ter kako razvijati kader. Predstavili smo osnovne pojme, povezane s kadrovanjem ter pripadnostjo in predanostjo zaposlenih. V raziskovalnem delu diplomske naloge smo ugotavljali, kako v podjetju poteka zaposlovanje in razvoj zaposlenih ter kako zaposleni ocenjujejo lasten razvoj in njihovo pripadnost podjetju.

Title:CHALLENGES IN EMPLOYMENT AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN COMPANY GLEDRING D.O.O.
Abstract:This thesis addresses challenges to do with the employment and subsequent development of employees in the family company Gledring d.o.o., which sells its innovative products globally. In the theoretical section of the thesis, we examine the hiring process, the introduction of a newly hired employee to the work, and staff development. We present the basic terms related to staffing and the loyalty and commitment of employees. The research section of the thesis takes a look at how the company takes on and develops new employees and how the employees themselves assess their own development and loyalty to the company. We ascertain that selecting the most appropriate candidate is the biggest challenge in hiring new staff. The company uses various measures to improve the welfare of its employees, which is why they are loyal and committed to the company, and takes different approaches to develop its employees on both personal and professional levels. The most common is the personal approach of the owners of the company and the transfer of the good practices found within the company and elsewhere. Because the manufacture, development, and sale of products are a large part of the company operations, the company cooperates with other companies. These perform different services for the company, but the company sees them as its own.
