Title:Sales planning of smart vending machines on Slovenian market
Abstract:The thesis, entitled Sales planning of smart vending machines on Slovenian market is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one. In the first part we have presented theoretical findings and starting points of domestic and foreign authors, which talk about the success and planning of sales, about the role of sales in general and the role that management has on sales. In the second part we present the company Haberkorn, GMBH, which operates in Austria and Slovenian company Haberkorn, d. o. o. The purpose of this study was to present the smart vending machine for the issuing of various products for industry companies, which the company Haberkorn, d. o. o. places in the Slovenian market. We also wanted to determine whether the planned business strategy is appropriate and whether it is also consistent with the strategy described in the theory. The objectives of the practical part, among others, have also been to describe the smart vending machine, present its performance and competitive advantage and also establish who are the target customers and if the expected sales plan for smart vending machine is appropriate. An important objective is also providing guidance to improve the plan if it is not consistent with the theory of planning sales. The long-term goal of the company is to sell 100 smart vending machines in the next 5 years. We find that if they work the way they did, they will be successful.
Keywords:sale, sales planning, smart vending machine, the benefits of smart vending machine
