Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo preučili motivacijo tima in zaposlovanje v lean start-up podjetju.

Title:TEAM MOTIVATION AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS IN START UP
Abstract:In the thesis, we researched motivation and employment in a lean start-up company. The purpose of the research was to find proposals for greater penetration for searching new, suitable staff. The company has some difficulties in getting the right staff, although the company's media image is positive. Therefore our main goal was to find new ideas and approaches to how to improve the communication about available job vacancies. The first step of our study was talking with the director, who is also the founder of the company. We checked our research questions and hypotheses based on the collected data. We started with the research questions nr. 2 and 4, which say that employees know the best why they work in this particular company, because this would give us the perspective to identify the source of the problem. After the statistical processing of the collected data, we prepared proposals for improvements that could help the company with their problem of such a low number of responses to their tender of available job vacancies. The choice of candidates will certainly not be easy, since the company prioritizes employee's personality over their knowledge, despite the fact that the knowledge is very important to them. Knowledge can be taught if employees have the interest of learning, but changing their personality is a lot harder. Appropriate relationships to others and personality are crucial for working in a team. A very high level of motivation was found by the employees. Therefore we searched for the problems of a low number of applications to the company's tender of available job openings in the expansion of information. It is certainly true that nowadays' era of social media is the communication channel with very high frequency of suitable candidates, but it would be a good idea to have a look at some other suggested options.
