Abstract:V diplomskem projektu se ukvarjamo z vidikom nagrajevanja zaposlenih v gospodarskem sektorju. Sledi primerjalna analiza nagrajevanja zaposlenih v Sloveniji v primerjavi z Veliko Britanijo.

Title:Legal and Economic Aspect of Rewarding Employees in Slovenia Compared to Great Britain
Abstract:In the diploma project we are dealing with the aspect of rewarding employees in the economic sector. Work is based on a descriptive method. The data that were processed in the practical part of the diploma project are of a statistical nature. We interpreted the interpretation method from the obtained statistics. The purpose of the work is to compare the aspect of the wage system and on the rewarding employees, where we focus primarily on business performance awards, namely in Slovenia, compared to Great Britain. Firstly, we define the basic definitions of rewarding, where we define financial and non-financial remuneration. We also present work and business performance and rewards in relation to both. Then the aspect of remuneration is broken down according to the aspect of the treatment, namely the economic and legal aspect. This is followed by a comparative analysis of the remuneration of employees in Slovenia compared to Great Britain. Below we determine what options and what tools the employer has at their disposal and how to use them so that the rewording system will satisfy all legal frameworks and that it will also be economically effective.
