Abstract:V različni literaturi lahko razberemo, da imajo gledališko-improvizacijske igrice velik pozitiven vpliv na otrokov kognitivni, čustveni, socialni in motorični razvoj.

Title:Creative drama games in the preschool period
Abstract:Investigating literature of creative drama games revealed that we can clearly talk about a positive impact that those games have on child’s cognitive, emotional, social and motor development. As creative drama games present a novelty in our country, we wanted to implement them into the everyday routine of the test group. The master’s thesis Creative Drama Games in the Preschool Period consists of the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part presents the impact of drama art in the preschool period. We investigate the impact of simple drama games on child’s development in a greater detail. The research in the empirical part was carried out with children, ages 2-4, within 2 years (school year 2013-2014 and 2014-2015) from the kindergarten Vrtec Sonček in the municipality of Šmartno ob Paki. We conducted 33 simple drama hours and acquainted the children with 48 different creative drama games. We wanted to encourage them to do activities connected with drama. We also intended to develop their creativity and imagination, and to influence the dynamics of the whole group. The results, observations and children's responses show that the research succeeded.
