Title:	Ekonomika pridelave in predelave jabolk na 10 ha veliki sadjarski kmetiji

Abstract:	Raziskava temelji na analizi ekonomske in finančne upravičenosti pridelave in predelave jabolk na 10 ha veliki kmetiji. V ta namen je bil razvit simulacijski model s pripadajočo kalkulacijo skupnih stroškov. Rezultati ekonomske analize kažejo, da je pridelava in predelava analiziranih proizvodov ekonomsko upravičena. Analizirani so bili pridelava oz. proizvodnja jabolk (Ke = 1,49), jabolčni sok (Ke = 1,13), jabolčni kis (Ke = 1,32), jabolčno žganje (Ke = 1,29), breskev (Ke = 1,07), češenj (Ke = 2,79). Modelna ocena parametrov finančne smotrnosti v pridelavo kaže, da je najsmotrnejša proizvodnja češenj (NSV = 7.105,46 €), jabolk (NSV = 28.631,72 €) in breskev (NSV = 903,76 €). Pri predelavi je najsmotrnejša proizvodnja jabolčnega soka (NSV = 1.059,06 €) sledita jabolčni kis (NSV = 40,96 €) in jabolčno žganje (NSV = 95,87 €).

Title:	Economics of apples production and processing on a 10-ha farm
Abstract:	The research is based on an analysis of economic and financial justification of apple production and processing on a 10-ha farm. For this purpose, a simulation model which includes calculation of total costs has been developed. Results of the economic analysis show that the production and processing of analyzed products is economically justified. We analyzed the processing and production of apples (Ce = 1.49), apple juice (Ce = 1.13), apple vinegar (Ce = 1.32), apple spirits (Ce = 1.29), peaches (Ce = 1.07), cherries (Ce = 2.79). The model estimation of parameters of financial justification shows that production of cherries is most sensible (NPV = 7,105.46 €), followed by apples (NPV = 28,631.72 €) and peaches (NPV = 903.76 €). Production of apple juice is most sensible in terms of processing (NPV = 1,059.06 €), followed by apple vinegar (NPV = 40.96 €) and apple spirits (NPV = 95.87 €).
