Abstract:Vodenje je proces vplivanja, spodbujanja in usmerjanja ljudi k doseganju želenih ciljev.

Title:Characteristics of successful leaders
Abstract:Leadership is the process of influencing, encouraging and directing people to achieve the desired goals. The effectiveness of leadership depends on the leader and his characteristics. The model and style of leadership used by the leader contribute to the success. The leader can choose between very different models in styles. Also, performance depends on the personal characteristics of the leader. The most basic characteristics are the types of power the leader uses, how he can successfully motivate others, style of communication that he uses and the proper use of communication in crisis situations. Among the most important, we consider the level of development of emotional intelligence in personality habits. We will also talk about the question whether the ability to lead is inborn or trained. We will also make some suggestions for practical use of leadership styles, especially we will discuss how the situation depends on choosing the right approach to successful leadership. Reading this is recommended for those who want to implant a new mentality in their organization and improve the working environment and increase productivity.
