Title:Recession as a challenge for economic policy
Abstract:Economies, by the nature of their operations, fluctuate and move from phase to phase. The diploma seminar previously detailed the economic cycle at the macroeconomic level, with a focus on prior admission since 2008, but conducted a basic analysis of the current situation in the three strongest economic economies. Individual phases of the economic cycle are defined in terms of remoteness for reasons of origin. We analyze in more detail the prior acceptance and the reasons for its formation. In the last part of the diploma seminar, we summarize the indicators that indicate the recession and argue the reasons for the important ongoing studies. In a diploma seminar, it is possible that the economy is currently in a record long stretch of expansion, so it is only a matter of time before the cycle moves to the next phase. Recession may indicate that indicators such as also low interest rates. Interest has only been such a big name in global adoption since 2008. At that time, central banks around the world cut interest rates only to stimulate the spending of money. The diploma seminar also examines the mechanisms that can help mitigate the new economic crisis.
