Abstract:Sodobne tržne poti banke v današnjem času neizogibno zamenjujejo klasični, tradicionalni način poslovanja v bankah na bančnem okencu. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo na kratko predstavili mobilno bančništvo in mobilno poslovanje. V nadaljevanju naloge smo se osredotočili predvsem na slovenski trg sodobnih poti in podrobneje predstavili mobilno banko NLB KLIKIN in SKB MOJ@SKB ter v zaključku naloge opravili primerjalno analizo mobilnih bank KLIKIN in MOJ@SKB.

Title:Modern paths to mobile bank using the examples of NLB Klikin and SKB Moj@skb mobile banks
Abstract:Nowadays, modern banking channels are inevitably replacing the conventional, traditional way of branch, in-person, face-to-face banking. Banks have accelerated their marketing strategies, enticing their customers with an array of modern banking channels (electronic banking, telephone banking, …), in order to decrease queuing at a branch. The goal of banks is to reduce the costs of both customers and banks themselves through mobile banking and to facilitate operations. In this age of digitalization, more and more users, especially the younger generation, are opting for modern banking channels. Competition in the banking sector is stiff on the Slovenian market. In addition to the banks, the national post Pošta Slovenije and other outlets are authorized to execute payment orders. Modern banking channels, especially mobile banking, are a constantly evolving future. Banks are aware that they need to adapt to technology and respond to any change in the market. In the first part of the diploma thesis we briefly introduced mobile banking and mobile business. In continuation we focused primarily on modern banking channels in the Slovenian market and presented in more detail the mobile bank NLB KLIKIN and MOJ@SKB. We concluded the thesis with a comparative analysis of the mobile banks KLIKIN and MOJ@SKB.
