Drugi del magistrskega dela bo zajemal predstavitev in primerjavo socialnega podjetništva s klasičnim, kjer bomo predstavili enega od dobrih primerov praks. Ob koncu bomo razvili didaktični model neformalnega izobraževanja, v katerem bomo uporabili vsebine, ki smo jih predstavili v naši magistrski nalogi in nam bodo sedaj služile kot učno gradivo. Ker želimo preveriti uporabnost in uspešnost didaktičnega modela, bomo to analizirali s pilotno raziskavo na majhnem vzorcu udeležencev.

Title:Development of social competences, ecological awareness and sustainable development
Abstract:In the master's thesis we will present contents that are much talked about today but are not very much introduced into the educational systems yet. In the first part of the master's thesis we will discuss topics that will serve as content for the preparation of non-formal education. These include topics related to environmental issues, where we will address the environmental and carbon imprint, and then focus a bit more on what the impact of agriculture on climate change is and how to reduce that impact. Since farmers are our target group for non-formal education, we want to prepare content with which we want to raise environmental awareness and to present alternatives that can help them to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable management of environment. The second part of the master's thesis will include the presentation and comparison of social and classic entrepreneurship, where we will take a look at one of the good examples of practices, "how to go from idea to realization". Finally, we will develop a didactic model of non-formal education, in which we will use the content that we presented in our master's thesis and will now serve as teaching material. Since we want to test the usability and effectiveness of the didactic model, we will analyse this with a pilot study on a small sample of participants.
