Podatke smo opisno predstavili.

Title:Effect of prohibited drugs use in adolescence and risk for development of psychotic disorder
Abstract:Background: The use of illicit substances among young people, which may influence the development of psychotic disorder, is on the increase. In the diploma thesis we identified the risk of psychotic disorder posed by illicit drug use in young people. Research methods: To achieve the purpose of the diploma thesis, we used a qualitative method of systematic review and analysis of Slovenian and foreign scientific and professional literature. Results: The results indicate that drug use has a significant effect on the development of psychotic disorder in adolescents, but neither a necessary nor a sufficient factor. Alcohol and cannabis are the biggest risks, mainly due to the prevalence of use, but also stimulants, hallucinogens, sedatives and other substances are minor and not negligible. The negative effect of psychoactive substance use on the development and course of psychotic disorders is confirmed by all studies. Psychotic disorders of psychoactive substance use are directly related to drug use, but the effect of drug use is also reflected in disorders that are not directly due to psychoactive substance use. Discussion and conclusion: In the future, it would be wise to explore different psychotic disorders and better differentiate them, since this is a very heterogeneous set of psychiatric disorders. By informing the adolescent and family about the effect of illicit drugs on the development and course of psychotic disorders, the nurse helps to raise awareness and thereby reduce the risk of adverse effects of drug use on the development of psychotic disorders.
