Abstract:V delu diplomskega seminarja obravnavamo specifike komuniciranja pri različnih ciljnih skupinah.

Title:Specifics of communication with different target groups in Training programs for life successfulness and in the Third life period program
Abstract:This diploma thesis deals with the specifics of communication for different target groups. We focus on the communication in the officially recognised programs of informal education for adults: Training for Life Successfulness and Third Life Period Program. We deal with the persons representing target groups whose characteristics are very different and need to be considered for the implementation of the program. In our case, these are elderly persons, persons with special needs and persons with insufficient education. We indicate the formal frame of education of the providers of these programs and the importance of some characteristics of a provider necessary for successful communication with a target group. We also emphasize the significance of the preparation for the program implementation. For a successful communication in the discussed programs, the required formal education is not sufficient; there are other key factors such as: knowledge and consideration of the principles of successful communication; recognising and eliminating disturbances and mistakes in the communication process; methods, techniques and aids for communication; recognising and controlling of nonverbal communication; ability to empathise and to actively listen; and knowledge of the target group characteristics.
