Title:Izzivi vodenja malega zasebnega družinskega podjetja s koncesijo

Abstract:V teoretičnem delu diplomskega projekta smo pregledovali in proučevali literaturo s področja dostopnosti zdravstvenih storitev, prednostih, slabostih malih družinskih podjetij, problematike ureditve koncesij, javnega in zasebnega zdravstva ter raziskovali gospodarski pomen in vlogo malega podjetja. Cilji raziskave so bili ugotoviti, kateri izzivi in problemi vodenja malega družinskega podjetja so v ospredju, katere so prednosti in pomanjkljivosti dejstva, da je podjetnik koncesionar ter pregledati in predstaviti povezavo med javnim in zasebnim. Ugotovili smo, da največjo promocijo podjetja predstavljajo kvalitetne in dobro opravljene storitve. Tudi mala družinska podjetja s koncesijo so konkurenčna javnim zavodom. Izziv podjetja v prihodnje je ohraniti kvalitete, kot so: strpnost, dober občutek za uporabnike, potrpežljivost, pozitivna miselnost, varnost, razumevanje in natančnost. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili izbrano malo družinsko podjetje s podeljeno koncesijo za opravljanje prevozov na preglede, zdravljenje in terapije na podlagi dokumenta Nalog za prevoz, ki ga izda osebni zdravnik. Opravili smo intervju z direktorjem in lastnikom podjetja o izzivih in viziji vodenja malega družinskega podjetja ter ugotovili, da je osrednji izziv lastnika podjetja tudi v prihodnje ohraniti dobre medsebojne odnose med zaposlenimi in uporabniki storitev, ustrezno kvaliteto in dostopnost storitev, kar smo tudi raziskovali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, rezultate smo grafično prikazali ter analizirali. Na podlagi rezultatov smo ugotovili, da je malo družinsko podjetje v kvaliteti in izvedbi storitev lahko konkurenčno velikim javnim zavodom.

Title:The challenges of leading a small private family business with a concession contract
Abstract:In theoretical part of this diploma project we reviewed and studied literature in the field of health services accessibility, advantages and disadvantages of small family businesses, problems of concession regulation, public and private health care. We investigated the economic importance and role of small family business. We found out that the biggest promotion is presented by quality and outstanding services. Even small family businesses with a concession contract can be competitive with public institutions. The future challenge of the company is to maintain qualities such as tolerance, a good feeling for users, patience, positive mindset, safety, understanding and accuracy. The aims of this research were to find out, which challenges and problems of running a small private family business are in the foreground, which are advantages and disadvantages of the fact that a businessman is a concessionaire. We also introduced and examined the relationship between public and private health care. In the empirical part we presented the selected small family business with a concession contract for the provision of transport for medical examinations, treatments and therapies on the basis of Transport Order document issued by a general practitioner. We interviewed the director and owner of the company about challenges and visions of the leading. We found out that the most important challenge is to maintain good relationships between employees and service users, which was explained in an interview with the owner of the company. We also conducted a survey among service users about quality, accessibility and pleasure of the services, which we presented and analyzed using charts and graphs. It was found out that a small family business can compete with large public services in terms of quality and implementation of services.
