Abstract:V sodobnem času prihaja do zasičenosti trgov. Zato morajo blagovne znamke razumeti svoje odjemalce, njihove potrebe, motivacije, želje in ostale psihološke dejavnike, ki jih vodijo v nakupnem procesu.

Title:The relationship between brand trust, brand affect, brand attitudes and brand loyalty in sport running shoe segment
Abstract:In contemporary times, the saturation of the market is becoming present. Brands need to identify their advantages and in what ways they differ from their competition. They do so by focusing on what their customers want. Every brand wants as many loyal customers as possible because the expense of keeping customers is lower than the expense of obtaining new ones. Hence, brands need to understand their customers and their needs, motivation, wishes, and other psychological factors that influence the shopping process. This master's thesis is focused on finding out what is the connection between the trust in a brand, the affect, the attitude, and the loyalty to a brand. We focused on the customers that use running shoes specifically for running. We found out that the factors are positively and moderately strongly connected. The attitude and the loyalty to the brand stand out, for they are positively and strongly connected. Obtaining loyal customers is a long-term process that requires a lot of work, analyzing, understanding, and persistence.
Keywords:Brand, loyalty, trust, attitudes, affect.
