V magistrskem delu razširjeno definiramo dobavne verige in z njimi povezana splošna in specifična tveganja.

Title:Analysis of risks in supply chains in the fresh fruit imports in Slovenia
Abstract:As the importance of a healthy and fresh diet increases, so does the demand and requirements for imports of fresh fruit. The flows of materials, information, payments, products, and services in the supply chain are becoming more numerous and complex, at the same time the interdependence between market players and other supply chains is increasing, all of which results in greater exposure of supply chains to various risks. The import of fresh fruit is hampered by rigorous transport and storage requirements, which dictate a continuous low-temperature environment and extremely careful handling. Potential disturbances can also arise from adverse weather conditions, changes in demand and customs legislation; there are also conventional risks, such as legal, operational, political and liquidity risk. In the master's thesis we define supply chains and related general and specific risks in an expanded way. We define in detail and analyze all potential risks that may threaten the importer of fresh fruit based on scientific literature and many years of experience of the importer of fresh fruit Lidl Slovenija, d.o.o. k.d. and present effective methods for managing the risks addressed.
Keywords:Supply chains, risks, cold supply chains, fresh fruit importation.
