Abstract:Vodenje kadrov predstavlja pomembno funkcijo delovanja nekega sistema. Uspešnost vodenja se odraža pri zaposlenih in uporabnikih storitev. Vendar samo vodenje še ne pomeni uspeha. Pravi vodja mora znati svoje zaposlene pravilno motivirati. Kako motivirati zaposlene?

Title:Motivation of the auxiliary police members
Abstract:Personnel management is an important function of the operation of a system. Management success is reflected in employees and service users. However, leadership alone does not mean success. A true leader must know how to motivate his employees properly. How to motivate employees? Many have already tried to answer this question. American clinical psychologist Frederick Irving Herzberg tried to answer with his two-factor theory, which argues that there are job factors that cause satisfaction (motivators) and what must be met for motivation (hygienists) to start happening at all. With this diploma work, this theory is used as a basis for the study of motivation in auxiliary police officers in Slovenia. The research work involved 206 respondents of auxiliary police officers, with the help of which we determined which are the various motivating factors that affect the work of the Police. The author notes that factors such as responsibility, promotion, achievement, and work only affect members of the auxiliary police. On the other hand, dissatisfaction can be caused by poor equipment, relationships with co-workers, working conditions and time.
