Abstract:Standard IFS Global Markets Food je sistem zagotavljanja varnih in kakovostnih živil. Z njegovo pridobitvijo kupci enotno ocenjujejo proizvajalce živilskih izdelkov. Glavni cilj magistrskega dela je bil ustvariti priročnik za uvajanje standarda IFS Global Markets Food in predstaviti prednosti, ki jih prinaša certificiranje podjetja s tem standardom. Magistrsko delo pomaga predvsem manjšim in slabše razvitim podjetjem, ki razmišljajo o uvedbi standarda IFS Global Markets Food v podjetje in imajo premalo predhodnega znanja ter tistim, katerih namen je v prihodnosti pridobiti certifikat IFS Food. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela so predstavljeni standard in njegove posamezne zahteve, prednosti ter postopek uvajanja omenjenega standarda. V eksperimentalnem delu je bil standard dodatno obrazložen s praktičnimi nasveti in vsebuje še anketni vprašalnik z razpravo rezultatov. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo potrdili hipotezo magistrskega dela, da pridobitev IFS Global Markets Food certifikata doprinese podjetjem večje zaupanje poslovnega partnerja, zmanjšajo se nevarni dejavniki tveganja v proizvodnji podjetja in da standard IFS Global Markets Food stroškovno in upravljavsko ne obremenjuje podjetja.

Title:A practical guide for implementing the ifs global market food standard in food industry
Abstract:The IFS Global Markets Food standard is a system for providing safe and high-quality food. By acquiring this standard, food producers can be evaluated by customers in a uniform way. The main objective of the master thesis was to create a practical manual for implementing the IFS Global Markets Food standard and to present the advantages that IFS Global Markets Food certification brings to food companies. The master thesis can be helpful to companies, which are already considering the introduction of the standard but lack sufficient knowledge, or those whose goal is to obtain the next even more demanding IFS Food certificate. In the theoretical part of the work, the standard was thoroughly described in terms of requirements, advantages and the systematic introduction into the working process. In the experimental part, the standard was additionally explained with practical hints for the implementation. A survey between selected food companies in Slovenia that have successfully introduced the standard was analysed and their experience presented. Based on the survey, a hypothesis that IFS Global Markets Food certificate ensures greater customer confidence while reduces risk factors in the production, was confirmed. Overall conclusion was that IFS Global Markets Food standard is suitable for small and medium-sized companies.
