Abstract:Organizacijska kultura je po definiciji sistem predpostavk, prepričanj, vrednot in norm vedenja, ki so ga razvili in sprejeli člani organizacije na podlagi skupnih izkušenj. Zato ima vsaka organizacija edinstveno kulturo. Ustvarjanje organizacijske kulture poteka skozi procese reševanja problemov pri prilagajanju organizacije zunanjemu okolju in z notranjo integracijo zaposlenih. Prevladujoča kultura v organizaciji je tista, katere vrednote in norme delijo vsi ali večina zaposlenih, subkulturo pa sestavljajo norme in vrednote posameznikov in manjših skupin v organizaciji. Organizacijska kultura je zelo pomembna pri sprejemanju strateških odločitev za organizacijo, njen vpliv je pomemben za oblikovanje organizacijske strukture, sistema nagrajevanja, vodenja ter vodenja in nadzora zaposlenih in zmanjševanja konfliktov. Povedano drugače, organizacijska struktura v veliki meri oblikuje vedenje posameznikov in/ali skupin s posameznimi člani organizacije.

Title:The influence of organizational culture on employee's behavior
Abstract:Organizational culture is, by definition, a system of assumptions, beliefs, values, and norms of behavior developed and adopted by members of an organization based on shared experiences. Therefore, each organization has a unique culture. The creation of organizational culture takes place through problem-solving processes in adapting the organization to the external environment and through the internal integration of employees. The dominant culture in an organization is one whose values and norms are shared by all or most employees, and the subculture consists of norms and values of individuals and small groups in the organization. Organizational culture is very important in making strategic decisions for the organization, its impact is important for creating an organizational structure, reward system, leadership, leadership and supervision of employees and conflict reduction. In other words, the organizational structure largely shapes the behavior of individuals and / or groups with individual members of the organization.
