Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali proces upravljanja in razvoja talentov v izbrani organizaciji iz finančnega sektorja. Predstavili smo, kako v izbranem podjetju privabljajo, razvijajo in ohranjajo talente.

Title:Talent management on the example of a financial sector company
Abstract:In the graduation thesis, we discussed the process of managing and developing talents in a selected organization from the financial sector. We presented how they attract, develop and retain talent. We conducted a survey with talented individuals of the company, whom we asked how talents perceive development activities and how talent management affects their productivity, commitment, motivation and sense of belonging to the organization. We found out that development activities significantly contribute to talent training and that the talent management process has a positive effect on their performance in the organization. Based on the analysis of the survey, we performed a SWOT analysis and formulated possible improvements of the existing system. We recommended that the organization should adjust development activities and improve communication between management and talent in succession planning. We concluded that the talent management system in the selected organization is properly and optimally designed and represents added value that enables the organization to maintain its competitive advantage on the market.
