Opredelili smo pojem izobraževanje, cilje in temeljne dejavnike izobraževanja.

Title:Motivation for education in Dom Nine Pokorn Grmovje
Abstract:In the diploma thesis we researched the motivation for education in the institution Dom Nine Pokorn Grmovje, which offers mainly the care of people with disabilities. They also offer their residents the possibility of independent living, and at the same time they also offer home care, catering and laundry. In the first part of thesis, which is theoretical, we presented the concept of motivation, types of motives and motivational factors. We also presented some of the most well-known motivational theories, such as Maslow's theory of needs and Herzberg's motivational theory. We also defined the concept of education, goals and foundamental factors of education. We also presented educational cycle, forms and methods of education, teaching aids and education within the organization. In the theoretical part, we briefly presented the company. In the second, research work, we were researching what motivates employees for education and what hinders them from doing so. We were researching in which field they want to be educated, what types of education they want and which groups and persons motivate them the most for education. At the end we answered the research questions, where we found out that employees are most hindered by lack of the time, and most motivated by acquisition of new knowledge for their own development.
