Abstract:
Naša raziskava se osredotoča na poglobljeno analizo agilnih in tradicionalnih pristopov k organizaciji dela v podjetjih. Skozi temeljito primerjalno analizo smo sistematično preučili značilnosti obeh pristopov, z namenom identifikacije njihovih prednosti in slabosti ter razumevanja njihovega potencialnega vpliva na učinkovitost organizacije. Posebno pozornost smo namenili razlikam med metodologijami ter njihovemu vplivu na delovno okolje sodobnih organizacij. Za pridobitev celovitega vpogleda smo izvedli anketiranje posameznikov, s ciljem ustvarjanja statistično utemeljenega mnenja o praktični uporabnosti obeh pristop

Abstract:
Our research focuses on thoroughly analyzing how companies organize their work using agile and traditional methods. We carefully compared these methods to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and how they affect how well a company operates. We paid close attention to how these methods differ and how they impact modern workplaces. To get a complete picture, we surveyed people to gather opinions on how practical both methods are in real-world situations.
