Abstract:Digitalno spremljanje dela zaposlenih zajema uporabo tehnologij, kot so GPS sledenje, nadzor aktivnosti na računalnikih ter spremljanje produktivnosti, z namenom spremljanja in analiziranja delovne učinkovitosti zaposlenih.

Title:Digital monitoring of staff performance and efficiency at work
Abstract:Digital employee monitoring involves the use of technologies such as GPS tracking, computer activity monitoring and productivity monitoring to monitor and analyse employee performance. Work performance refers to the performance and productivity of employees in meeting tasks and objectives. Digital monitoring can increase efficiency by providing insights into work habits, but it can also lead to dissatisfaction and reduced motivation due to a sense of excessive control. The aim of this thesis is to determine the impact of digital monitoring on employees' performance at work. This was done by means of an online survey questionnaire. 52 employees in two purposively selected companies were interviewed. One hypothesis was set and the results were used to reject it. We found that digital monitoring has a neutral rather than a positive impact on employees' performance at work.
