Abstract:Podjetja se vse bolj zavedajo, kako velik pomen imajo kadri na uspešnost organizacije.

Title:Measures for flexible work in a family-friendly company and the employment of potentially active population
Abstract:Companies are increasingly aware of the importance of personnel to the success of the organization. For this reason, they want to motivate their employees and improve their working conditions so that their work at the workplace would be more successful and efficient, as well as satisfactory and sufficient free time, and they can only achieve this with the appropriate options and measures that they introduce for better and more efficient coordinating family and private life. The aim of the thesis was to investigate how much of the potentially active population would prefer to be employed in companies that introduce flexible work measures and use family-friendly company policies. The thesis refers to the impact of the measures implemented in family-friendly companies on the potentially active population and how this only motivates them, as well as to determine whether the desire to work in such a company increases. For the purpose of the diploma thesis, we did research, in which we used a survey questionnaire. 89 respondents participated in this, and 46 respondents completed the questionnaire in its entirety. The main result of the work was that the majority of the potentially active population knows the concept of a family-friendly company and would prefer to be employed in a company that only offers these measures.
