Title:Classification of business documents with artificial intelligence
Abstract:In this thesis, we focus on the use of artificial intelligence in document management systems and its impact on the optimization of business processes. The purpose of the work is to explore how artificial intelligence can enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making based on the data obtained. The research area includes the potential integration of artificial intelligence into existing document management systems. For the research, we used methods such as an employee survey in various companies, literature review, and case studies. The survey collected data on the knowledge and usage of artificial intelligence, as well as opinions on its implementation in document management systems. The research results indicate that most respondents recognize the potential of artificial intelligence, seeing its greatest benefit in the optimization of use, particularly in improving document search in natural language. However, concerns remain regarding data security, ethical issues, and lack of control. In conclusion, it is emphasized that artificial intelligence has significant potential to improve business processes and the efficiency and quality of operations. Nonetheless, careful implementation with appropriate security and ethical measures is necessary.
