Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo raziskovali vpliv kulturnih razlik in različnih gospodarskih ureditev na družbeno odgovorno poslovanje podjetij po svetu.
Keywords:medkulturne razlike, družbena odgovornost podjetja, trajnost, obvladovanje kriz, globalizacija.

Title:The importance of intercultural differences and different economic systems in corporate social responsibility of companies around the world
Abstract:In our master's thesis, we explored the impact of cultural differences and various economic systems on the corporate social responsibility of companies worldwide. The main goal of the research was to determine to what extent intercultural differences and economic systems influence corporate social responsibility. The results of analyses from three geographical areas: North America, Europe and Japan, showed significant differences in the expression of corporate social responsibility depending on the cultural and economic environment. It was found that companies with a high level of social responsibility manage crises, such as the COVID-19 crisis, more effectively. It was also found that profit-making remains a priority for companies, which still view it predominantly from an economic and financial perspective rather than a social responsibility standpoint. The research calls for further analysis and efforts to increase the level of corporate social responsibility worldwide.
Keywords:cultural differences, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, crisis management, globalization.
