Materialne so npr. denar, darila in plača.

Title:Internal and external motivational factors in generation z
Abstract:Motivation is the key factor that drives a person to some progress. It encourages people to achieve their best results and achieve their set goals. It consists of three elements: need, activity and goal. We divide it into internal and external motivation. Internal motivation occurs when an individual is motivated solely by his own desire, such as the desire for new knowledge, for challenge, pleasure and self-exploration. Extrinsic motivation is divided into tangible and intangible rewards. They are material for example money, gifts and salary. Intangibles can be praise, a career and a good grade. Defines the members of generation Z as belonging to the period from 1997 to 2012. This is the generation that was present at the rapid digital progress and was also present at the boom of smart devices. It is typical for them to be found on social networks. They are motivated by their values, and personal development is also very important to them The purpose of the research was to investigate and analyze the motivation of generation Z. In the research part, we asked ourselves research questions, the answers to which were obtained with the help of a survey questionnaire. We found out what motivates generation Z the most and what influence certain factors of internal and external motivation have on them. The main findings of the conducted survey are that the majority of respondents were women, and the average level of education of the respondents was high school. Education is moderately important to respondents. In most cases, they place great emphasis on motivation, because with its help they can perform tasks more easily. For extrinsic motivation, money comes first, while for intrinsic motivation, a sense of achievement comes first. Since the respondents were born in the era of technology, it does not pose any major problems for them, and they are technologically educated to some extent. Also, the respondents somewhat agree that they learn some things from YouTube as well. We also asked them whether their parents had an influence on their choice of educational direction, in most cases they had no influence. Generation Z is aware of the importance of work-life balance. On average, they are in favor of working from home. The vast majority of respondents want to become self-employed in the future. Despite the theoretical starting points, with the help of the analysis of the data obtained through the survey, we found that members of Generation Z prefer to communicate live.
