Abstract:	Diplomsko delo z naslovom "Učne strategije študentov na visokošolski ustanovi" raziskuje učne strategije, ki jih študenti uporabljajo med študijem. Razumevanje teh strategij je ključno za izboljšanje kakovosti izobraževalnega procesa na visokošolski ravni, ki ima pomembno vlogo pri intelektualnem razvoju mladih. Teoretični del naloge obravnava osnovne pojme in opredelitve učenja ter učnih strategij, vključno s tradicionalno metodo, kot je ponavljanje, in sodobnejšimi pristopi, kot so tehnologija, skupinsko delo in samostojno raziskovanje. Empirični del zajema raziskavo med študenti različnih starosti. Podatke smo zbirali z anketnim vprašalnikom, ki je zajemal vprašanja o učnih strategijah, načinih dela, udeležbi na predavanjih in vajah ter zapisovanju predavane snovi. Namen raziskave je sistematično raziskati in razumeti učne strategije študentov na visokošolskih ustanovah, vključno z njihovimi navadami pri učenju, pogostostjo uporabe različnih strategij ter organizacijo učenja pri predavanjih in vajah. Raziskava poudarja raznolikost v uporabi učnih strategij, prilagojenih posameznim potrebam in interesom. Zaključki naloge poudarjajo prilagajanje učnega okolja in didaktičnih pristopov potrebam študentov ter spodbujanje uporabe različnih učnih strategij za izboljšanje učnega procesa, vključno z večjo uporabo tehnologije, skupinskim delom ter aktivnim sodelovanjem študentov v pedagoškem procesu, kar prispeva k bolj kakovostnemu visokošolskemu izobraževanju.

Title:	Learning strategies of students at a higher education institution
Abstract:	The thesis "Learning strategies of students in higher education" explores the learning strategies used by students during their studies. Understanding these strategies is crucial for improving the quality of the educational process at higher education level, which plays an important role in the intellectual development of young people. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic concepts and definitions of learning and learning strategies, including traditional methods such as repetition and more modern approaches such as technology, group work and independent research. The empirical part consists of a survey among students of different ages. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire, which included questions on learning strategies, working methods, attendance at lectures and tutorials, and note-taking. The aim of the research is to systematically explore and understand the learning strategies of students in higher education institutions, including their study habits, the frequency of use of different strategies and the organisation of learning in lectures and exercises. The research highlights the diversity in the use of learning strategies tailored to individual needs and interests. The conclusions of the thesis emphasise the adaptation of the learning environment and didactic approaches to the needs of students and the promotion of the use of different learning strategies to improve the learning process, including increased use of technology, group work and active participation of students in the teaching process, which contributes to a better quality of higher education.
