Abstract:Magistrsko delo se osredotoča na analizo treh izbranih spletnih trgovalnih platform za majhne vlagatelje, in sicer eToro, Trading 212 in Robinhood.

Title:Comparison of online trading platform for small investors
Abstract:This master's thesis examines three prominent online trading platforms for small investors: eToro, Trading 212, and Robinhood. We established specific criteria for comparing these platforms, emphasizing aspects such as user experience, costs and fees, mobile versions, additional features, chatbot responsiveness, the quality of customer support, and security and regulatory compliance. Investors frequently encounter the challenge of selecting the most suitable platform for managing their funds while also determining which one provides the best overall user experience - an increasingly crucial element in the rapidly expanding digital landscape. This thesis aims to explore this question. Our research findings reveal that the current digital platform providers are highly competitive, with only minor differences among them. Consequently, it is often the subtle nuances that ultimately guide investors in their final decisions.
Keywords:user experience, trading costs, mobile version, chatbots, customer support, cybersecurity.
