Abstract:V magistrski nalogi se osredotočimo na konstruiranje in optimizacija stroja za mešanje in karbonizacijo pijač. Delo podrobno opisuje proces polnilne linije, vključno z mešanjem, deaeracijo, karbonizacijo in toplotno izmenjavo. Izbira ustreznih komponent temelji na viskoznosti, gostoti in zahtevani kapaciteti produkta. Pri izbiri komponent je upoštevana tudi higiena in skladnost z regulativnimi standardi živilske industrije. Ključno vlogo v delu igra računalniško modeliranje in simulacije s programsko opremo Solidworks in Ansys. Z uporabo simulacij smo optimizirali višino mešala v mešalniku za optimalno mešanje, analizirali vpliv parametrov na učinkovitost sistema in s tem dosegli želeno kapaciteto in kakovost procesa.

Title:Design and optimisation of a beverage mixing and carbonisation machine
Abstract:In this master thesis we focus on the design and optimisation of a beverage mixing and carbonisation machine. The work is based on input data from a specific client and involves an optimisation process comprising calculations and analyses to determine the optimal size of the individual components. The objective was to design a compact and efficient machine with optimal use of materials and space. The work describes in detail the filling line process, including mixing, deaeration, carbonisation and heat exchange. The selection of appropriate components is based on viscosity, density and required product capacity. Hygiene and compliance with food industry regulatory standards are also taken into account in the selection of components. Computer modelling and simulations using Solidworks and Ansys software play a key role in the work. The simulations were used to optimise the height of the agitator in the mixer for optimum stirring, to analyse the influence of the parameters on the efficiency of the system, and thus to achieve the desired capacity and quality of the process.
