Rezultati so bili statistično obdelani v programu SPSS.

Title:Engagement and organizational culture in different age groups
Abstract:The purpose of the research was to determine whether there are differences between employees of different ages in terms of work engagement and organizational culture. New younger generations of employees are entering the work market and consequently these generational differences are big. In order to confirm this we conducted a survey among employees in intensive care units at the University Hospital Ljubljana. An anonymous survey questionnaire was used for the research, which consisted of basic data from the respondent, and two standardized questionnaires, UWES and GLOBE. The survey was conducted in the 1ka web application. The results were statistically processed in the SPSS program. We found that the differences are obvious, namely the results showed that older employees demonstrate a higher level of work engagement compared to younger employees. We can also say that older employees perceive the organizational culture as more stable and orderly, while younger employees place greater emphasis on team cohesion, self-confidence and flexibility. The results show certain differences between different age groups, but these differences are not statistically significant. Based on the results obtained, we can conclude that the age of employees is not a key factor in the perception of organizational culture and commitment to work.
