Najbolj so zadovoljne z odnosi s sodelavci. Poudarjajo povezavo med kakovostjo dela in zadovoljstvom. Razprava in zaključek: Triažne medicinske sestre v izbranem urgentnem centru izražajo delno zadovoljstvo z delom.

Title:Job satisfaction of triage nurses in the emergency center
Abstract:Introduction: The satisfaction of the triage nurses in the emergency center depends strongly on the organizational characteristics, structures and working conditions. Faulty satisfaction can adversely affect their performance in nursing, so the purpose of the final work was to explore the satisfaction of triage nurses at the selected emergency center. Methods: We used a quantitative methodology and an anonymous survey questionnaire to evaluate the satisfaction of 43 triage nurses at the selected emergency center. We used Pogacnik's work satisfaction scale. The data was analyzed by IBM SPSS statistics 22.0, calculated the average and total satisfaction assessment and compared according to the working life. We checked the statistical connection with Spearman’s correlation coefficient. Results: Triage nurses are, on average, partly satisfied with working at an emergency center. The greatest dissatisfaction is expressed in occupational safety, especially employees of 1 to 10 years. They are most satisfied with relationships with colleagues. They emphasize the link between work quality and satisfaction. Discussion and conclusion: Triage nurses at the selected emergency center express partial satisfaction with work. To increase their efficiency and dedication, regular monitoring of satisfaction and ongoing introduction of improvements would be required.
