Title:Employee satisfaction in a selected organization
Abstract:In the thesis titled Employee Satisfaction in a Selected Organization, we will focus on the importance of employee satisfaction and its impact on company performance. Employees who are satisfied in their workplace are generally more motivated, efficient, and dedicated to their work, which in the long run also benefits the employer. In the theoretical part, we will first examine the concept of job satisfaction and the factors that influence it. These include working conditions, salary, opportunities for advancement, work-life balance, and workplace relationships. We will highlight why it is important for companies to monitor employee satisfaction and respond appropriately. In the research section, we will conduct an anonymous survey to assess how satisfied employees are in the selected organization. The findings indicate that employees are most satisfied with communication between staff and management and with work-life balance. However, they are somewhat less satisfied with the salary and rewards. The survey results serve as a basis for several concrete proposals that could contribute to even greater employee satisfaction. The thesis concludes with the finding that employee satisfaction is an important indicator of an organization's successful operation and that it should be a focus for all those involved in managing people.
