Abstract:V magistrskem delu obravnavamo pomen in vlogo dveh pomembnih dejavnikov, ki vplivata na rast in razvoj podjetja. Skozi delo smo prikazali, da etika in verodostojnost podjetju omogočata dolgoročno uspešnost, predvidljivo in stabilno okolje in večjo prilagodljivost v okolju.

Title:Culture, ethics and credibility as a key factors in the growth and development of the company
Abstract:In this master's thesis, we discuss the importance and role of two significant factors that influence the growth and development of a company. First, we highlight a factor that is directly related to ethics and credibility, namely culture, which influences employee motivation and satisfaction. Higher motivation and lower turnover influence growth and development. Business based on ethical conduct contributes to the long-term success of a company, which is reflected in the trust and satisfaction of all key stakeholders. An ethical approach ensures that the company has regular customers, which means lower costs in finding new customers. The third soft factor is credibility, which shows the consistency between the organization's words and actions and, in the long term, builds trust, which is the foundation for the growth and development of any company. Using a case study at Klemont d. o. o., we showed how elements such as culture, ethics, and credibility are reflected in quantitative development factors, e.g., higher revenues, profits, expansion into new markets, etc., as well as in qualitative development factors, e.g., better team cohesion, a more stable organizational culture, competence development, etc. Through our work, we have shown that ethics and credibility enable long-term success, a predictable and stable environment, and greater adaptability in the environment. In our work, we have thus shown that investing in soft factors, i.e., ethics and credibility, pays off because it enables the growth and development of the company.
