Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela. Znanstveno literaturo smo iskali v mednarodnih podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL Ultimate in Sage Journals s pomočjo iskalnega niza. Izbiro virov smo prikazali s pomočjo diagrama PRISMA. Članke smo prikazali v evalvacijski tabeli in izvedli narativni opis. V končno analizo smo vključili osem raziskav od dobljenih 232. Ugotovili smo, da redni preventivni pregledi pripomorejo k učinkovitejši oskrbi in zmanjšanju zapletov bolezni. Pri vsebinski analizi smo določili glavno kategorijo: preventivna obravnava odraslega pacienta s sladkorno boleznijo tipa 2 v patronažnem varstvu in tri podkategorije, prva: zdravstvena vzgoja pacienta s sladkorno boleznijo tipa 2, druga: naloga diplomirane medicinske sestre v patronažnem varstvu in tretja: pomen rednih obravnav v patronažnem varstvu. Preventivna obravnava in patronažno varstvo imata pomembno vlogo pri obvladovanju sladkorne bolezni tipa 2, saj s kontinuiranim spremljanjem pacientov, z zgodnjim odkrivanjem zapletov in s prilagojeno zdravstveno oskrbo prispevata k zmanjšanju zapletov, izboljšanju zdravstvenih izidov in večjemu zadovoljstvu pacientov.

Title:Preventive treatment of an adult patient with diabetes millitus type 2 in communty health care
Abstract:Type 2 diabetes is one of the most common non-communicable diseases and presents an increasing public health challenge. The aim of this thesis is to determine how preventive care for adult patients with type 2 diabetes within community nursing affects the occurrence of disease complications. We used a descriptive research method. Scientific literature was searched in international databases such as PubMed, CINAHL Ultimate and Sage Journals using a search string. The selection of sources was presented using PRISMA diagram. The selected articles were summarized in an evaluaton table and a narrative analysis was conducted. Eight studies out of 232 identified were included in the fina analysis. We found that regular preventive check-ups contribute to more effective care, and a reduction in disease-related complications. In the content analysis, we identified the main category: preventive treatment of adult patient with diabetes mellitus type 2 in community health care and three subcategories: the first: patient education for type 2 diabetes, the second: the role of registered nurses in community care; and the third: the importance of regular visits within community nursing. Preventive care and community nursing play an important role in managing type 2 diabetes, as continuous monitoring of patients, early detection of complications and tailored healthcare contribute to a reduction in complications, improved health outcomes and greater patient satisfaction.
