Title:Organizacijska kultura v fizioterapiji v terciarnem zdravstvenem zavodu

Abstract:Uvod: Terciarne zdravstvene organizacije se soočajo z dinamičnimi spremembami, ki zahtevajo prilagodljive organizacijske strukture in učinkovito organizacijsko kulturo. Namen raziskave je bil analizirati trenutno in želeno organizacijsko kulturo med fizioterapevti v terciarni zdravstveni ustanovi. Metode: V raziskavi smo uporabili kvantitativno metodologijo z anketnim vprašalnikom OCAI, ki temelji na modelu konkurenčnih vrednot Camerona in Quinna. V vzorec je bilo vključenih 45 fizioterapevtov. Podatki so bili analizirani z deskriptivno statistiko, Wilcoxonovim testom predznačenih rangov in t-testom za povezane vzorce s programoma Excel 2013 in SPSS 29.0. Rezultati: Trenutno prevladuje hierarhična kultura (39,81), medtem ko si zaposleni najbolj želijo klanske kulture (41,94). Statistično pomembne razlike (p < 0,001) so bile ugotovljene za tipe kulture klana, trga in hierarhije. Tudi zaposleni z več kot 10 leti delovne dobe si želijo sprememb v smeri klanske kulture (p < 0,001). Razprava: Rezultati poudarjajo potrebo po premiku od hierarhične proti klanski kulturi, kar odraža željo zaposlenih po večji fleksibilnosti, zaupanju in sodelovanju. Za učinkovito izvedbo teh sprememb je ključno premišljeno in vključujoče vodenje. Zaključek: Za izboljšanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih in dolgoročno uspešnost zdravstvenih organizacij je potrebno razvijati kulturo, ki temelji na timskem delu, sodelovanju in medsebojnem zaupanju.

Title:Organisational cultire in physiotherapy in a tertiary healthcare institution
Abstract:Introduction: Tertiary healthcare organizations face dynamic changes requiring adaptable organizational structures and effective organizational culture. The aim of this study was to analyze the current and preferred organizational culture among physiotherapists in a tertiary healthcare institution. Methods: We employed quantitative methodology using the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument OCAI, based on Cameron and Quinn's Competing Values Framework. The sample consisted of 45 physiotherapists. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Wilcoxon signed rank test, and paired samples t test with Excel 2013 and SPSS 29.0 software. Results: The hierarchical culture currently predominates 39.81, while employees expressed a preference for a clan culture 41.94. Statistically significant differences p < 0.001 were found for clan, market, and hierarchical culture types.
