Iskanje znanstvene literature je potekalo v podatkovnih bazah CINAHL Ultimate (EBSCO), ScienceDirect, PubMed, Cochrane Library in dodatno v iskalniku Google Učenjak. Potek pregleda smo predstavili s pomočjo PRISMA diagrama. Moč dokazov smo presojali s pomočjo hierarhije dokazov. Kritično oceno smo izvedli s pomočjo orodja JBI za oceno sistematičnih pregledov in sintez. Izvedli smo vsebinsko analizo.

Title:Interventions to improve job satisfaction in nursing
Abstract:Introduction: Healthcare workers are the backbone of the healthcare system, and their job satisfaction is crucial for ensuring quality patient care. The aim of the final thesis was to investigate interventions to improve job satisfaction in healthcare based on a literature review. Methods: A literature review was conducted. The scientific literature search was conducted in foreign databases: CINAHL Ultimate (EBSCO), ScienceDirect, PubMed, Cochrane Library and additionally in the Google Scholar search engine. The review process was presented using PRISMA diagrams, and the strength of evidence was assessed using the hierarchy of evidence. A critical appraisal was performed using the JBI tool for assessing systematic reviews and syntheses. Results: A total of 103 outcomes were identified, 6 studies were included in the final analysis. We formed a main category of interventions to improve job satisfaction in nursing, with subcategories of organizational interventions, leadership and communication interventions, psychosocial interventions, and interventions to improve motivation. Discussion and conclusion: Interventions to improve job satisfaction have had a positive impact on physical, psychosocial well-being and overall job satisfaction. We conclude that various measures are needed, the key ones being the systematic introduction of effective interventions to increase employee and patient satisfaction, support from management, resolving human resources issues and strategically influencing the perception of the profession in the wider society.
