Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava medgeneracijsko sodelovanje zaposlenih v podjetju Perla-Star d. o. o. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da medgeneracijsko sodelovanje v podjetju obstaja, vendar ga pogosto omejujejo predsodki, razlike v komunikacijskih slogih in tehnoloških spretnostih.

Title:Intergenerational cooperation between employees in the company Perla-Star d. o. o.
Abstract:The master's thesis explores intergenerational cooperation between employees at the company Perla-Star d. o. o. The purpose of the research was to examine how employees from different generations interact, communicate, and perceive differences and similarities that influence their work environment. The study focuses on human resource management, with an emphasis on connecting generations, reducing stereotypes, and encouraging knowledge transfer. The theoretical part presents the characteristics of each generation, the importance of communication, leadership, mentoring, and diversity in the workplace. In the empirical part, a qualitative study was conducted using structured interviews with employees from different age groups. The collected data were analysed using thematic analysis and presented through a SWOT analysis. The results show that while intergenerational cooperation exists in the company, it is often limited by stereotypes, differences in communication styles, and technological skills. Employees identified open communication, mutual respect, and leadership support as key factors for improvement. Based on the findings, the thesis provides suggestions such as implementing reverse mentoring, regular training, and strengthening an inclusive organizational culture.
