Družinska podjetja se soočajo s številnimi izzivi, med katerimi izstopa nasledstvo. Diplomsko delo obravnava prenos lastništva in vodenja na primeru Oljarne Kocbek. Ključni dejavniki uspeha so pravočasno načrtovanje, odprta komunikacija ter ravnovesje med poslovnimi cilji in družinsko dinamiko.

Family businesses face many challenges, one of which is succession. The thesis deals with the transfer of ownership and management using the example of Oljarna Kocbek. Key factors for success are timely planning, open communication, and a balance between business goals and family dynamics.
