| Abstract: | Medicinske sestre so ključni del zdravstvenega sistema, vendar številne opustijo zaposlitev zaradi preobremenjenosti, izgorelosti in slabih delovnih pogojev. Namen zaključnega dela je bil analizirati vzroke za opustitev zaposlitve medicinskih sester in identificirati ključne dejavnike, ki prispevajo k njihovemu odhajanju iz poklica. |
