Abstract:	V diplomskem delu sem razvil aplikacijo »CoffeeCRM« za upravljanje odnosov s strankami, namenjeno kavarnam in restavracijam. Poenostavil in prilagodil sem podatkovni model odprtokodne SuiteCRM Community Edition. Procesni model sem skrčil na tri glavne procese, ki so prikazani z diagrami tokov podatkov: sprejemanje naročil, izvršitev naročil in spremljanje poslovanja. Glavni cilj je bil ustvariti rešitev, ki omogoča upravljanje podatkov o strankah, sledenje naročilom, vodenje programov zvestobe in osnovno analizo poslovanja v realnem okolju. Cilje sem določil na podlagi zahtev uporabnikov. Pri razvoju sem uporabil orodje Oracle Application Express (APEX). Aplikacija vključuje domačo stran za prijavo uporabnikov, nadzorno ploščo za lastnika, interaktivna poročila in obrazce za ključne funkcije. Izkušnja z reinženiringom CRM je pokazala, da je Oracle APEX prilagodljivo orodje za hiter razvoj z malokodnim pristopom.

Title:	Reengineering of a CRM application with Oracle APEX
Abstract:	This thesis presents the development of a CRM application called "Coffee CRM," created for cafés and restaurants. I simplified and customized the data model from the open-source SuiteCRM Community Edition. The process model was also reduced to three main processes, shown with data flow diagrams: order acceptance, order execution, and business monitoring. The main goal was to build a solution that supports customer data management, order tracking, loyalty programs, and basic business analytics in a real business setting. I defined the objectives based on user needs. I used Oracle Application Express (APEX) as the main development tool. The application features a login page, a dashboard for the owner, interactive reports, and forms for key functions. Through this project, I found that Oracle APEX is a flexible tool for fast, low-code developmen.
